Group Properties

Motivation: maintaining and expanding one's objective effectiveness.

Restructurer

Reduced adherence to conventional moral frameworks in reasoning. Instrumental rather than normative orientation toward rules and social norms. Skeptical or indifferent toward religious doctrine. Low susceptibility to guilt, emotional vulnerability, and resentment. Psychological calmness and stability. Casual attitude toward material losses and deprivations.

Guardian

Group Properties

High normativity in judging and behavior. Close attention to the ethical conduct of others, measured against internalized moral standards. Pronounced sense of guilt and personal moral accountability. Emotional sensitivity. Frequent anxiety, particularly regarding loved ones, difficulty coping with losses.

Motivation: aligning one's position with the values and wellbeing of one's group, and speaking on its behalf.

Diplomat

Imaginative rather than schematic thinking. Strong artistic creativity. Natural diplomatic talent: charm, ease in adapting to different interlocutors, and behavioral flexibility under sudden social pressure. Lower orientation toward productivity and structured achievement, preference for ease and enjoyment over discipline. Tendency to distribute rather than concentrate responsibility.

Motivation: shaping social dynamics to create favorable personal conditions.
